What If Vicki Bello tries the tala challenge? It would really go viral for sure. Vicki Belo believes the secret to staying young and looking ageless is maintaining a fit body. "Your body should still be fit, you should work out," the Belo Medical group medical director tells PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in an interview in June 2018. For the beauty doctor, "age is just a number." She says, "Sabi ko nga, people shouldn't know your age... Everything is about maintenance. Huwag mo pabayaan ang sarili mo." So how does the 64-year-old beauty mogul stay fit? In her latest Instagram post, Vicki mentions bikram yoga. Published as is, her caption reads: "People always ask me what I think the best workout Is. I think it's @bikramyogamakati168. "It detoxifies, develops strength, balance, flexibility and tone. It also helps me lose weight and sleep better. "Been doing it for 10 years and my body looks for it."
